Hi! My name is Ashley, also known as Cajun Queen in our family NFL pick em league. Thus, the name of the blog, but since that website name wasn’t available, and we reside in the Queen City (further validating my royalty status – just kidding), CharlotteCajunQueen, it is! I was born in Louisiana, and hold many dear memories of that place in my heart and soul. Everything about it – family, food, music, fun – has helped shaped me into the CCQ I am today. Today, my family lives just outside of Charlotte, NC and we absolutely feel at home.
I am married to my amazing husband James, and am a proud momma to two kids, Brooks (5) and Evie (3 going on 13), and a fur baby Kemba. I can’t wait to share with you my love of food, family, and fun!
